Leon's Processes The foundation of our business is injection molding. Leon is renowned industry-wide for its expertise in molding flexible PVC with an emphasis on "two-shot" or vinyl over molding. We also have demonstrated skill in processing engineering thermoplastics and conventional resins. Supplementing this core technology is urethane foam-in-place capability, vacuum forming of flexible sheet stock and robotic as well as hand spray of water-borne and solvent-based paints. Leon's Products Leon is a leading supplier of padded armrest for door and console applications. We also manufacture a broad range of products used on instrument panels such as complex glove box door assemblies, knee bolsters, console extensions, etc. With presses ranging to 2500 tons, we are able to	produce door and quarter-trim panel assemblies. Complementing our interior trim products are a variety of functional components such as door and overhead assist handles, cup-holders, and underhood air management products. Leon's Plants Leon is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where we operate a 215,000 square foot plant. There is additional manufacturing at a 110,000 square foot facility in Grand Island, Nebraska. To better serve our customers, we also have a sales/engineering office in the Detroit area.
