Capital., is committed to environmental responsibility and the prevention of pollution in
our community. Leon will meet or exceed federal, state, and local requirements and
corporate environmental objectives. Leon will strive for continuous improvement in the
reduction of waste, use of natural resources, and negative impact on the environment. Leon is committed to registration and compliance to the ISO-14001 Environmental Management System and will utilize the system to identify and improve sectors of our operation that have significant environmental aspects. Specific environmental aspects prioritized for monitoring and improvement are the following: |

| 1. | Measure and control the amount of VOC’s emitted from painting and other operations. | |
| 2. | Measure and control the amount of liquid waste produced, including paint, foam components, and oil. | |
| 3. | Measure and control the amount of landfill waste produced. | |
| 4. | Improve utilization of paper products through reduced usage and increased efforts to recycle. | |
