| Leon Plastics, Inc., a subsidiary of Strategic Industries, L.L.C., is
committed to environmental responsibility and the prevention of pollution in our
community. We are committed to working with our suppliers and customers to improve the environmental performance throughout all of our activities. In particular we will: |

| 1. | Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. | |
| 2. | Identify the environmental effects of our activities and either eliminate, reduce or control them. | |
| 3. | Conduct audits of our environmental management system. | |
| 4. | Reduce, re-use and recycle waste where possible. | |
| 5. | Seek to minimize the consumption of resources and in particular reduce the consumption of hazardous materials. | |
| 6. | Provide environmental information to the public. | |
| 7. | Train all staff in environmental management and their responsibilities. | |
